questions

?Confused, Folsom, CA

A: Yes, but the bank might try to reduce their commission from let?s say 6% to like 3 or 4%.
Aram Shah is a Realtor? with Florida Capital Realty in Doral, FL.

A: In California a real estate agent can represent both sides. In a short sale it will depend on the sellers lender, they may have issue with it. Is it something I would do? Probably not on a short sale, too much going on. I would refer the buyer to another agent in my office.
