The client:

Our client, a leader within the Financial Services industry, is undergoing a large Business Transformation Program and as such has an urgent requirement for several Organisational Change Consultants to work within their passionate Change Management team.?

?

?

Please note: these are all Business Organisational Change roles, so ideal candidates will have in-depth Cultural, HR and/or BPM Change experience, as opposed to IT Change experience.

?

The role:

In this role you will develop, deliver and drive the change solution, to ensure realisation of sustainable business benefits for our client.

  • Develop and manage a change strategy and plan?
  • Management and implementation of change plan and initiatives?
  • Team Work / Relationship & Stakeholder Management

To be successful in this role it is essential that your past skills & experience will include:

  • 3+ years experience within large scale organisational change management programs.
  • In-depth Cultural, HR and/or BPM Change experience ? having worked on process re-engineering initiatives.
  • Preferably you will have some exposure within the Financial Services industry, but your expertise & knowledge of other industries and best practice, would also be well regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business / Information Technology / Communications or a related discipline with a people focus,
  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written.
  • Proven engagement management experience, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated Project management experience would also be well regarded.
