Hi, I fall right between being too poor and having insurance. Does anyone know how in the state of OR is the best way to research locating health insurance where the cost is tied to your lack of income, or not enough income ?
Oregon health care is very good. Minnesota and California are equally good. Sometimes it pays just to cut back on your hours. If you need health care or dental, both can be very costly, wiitth a low paying job you are being denied care that you should have. If you are a veteran you can get pretty good coverage. They have a pretty good facility in Roseburg. Your welfare office should know if there are any health clinics where yoou can pay on a sliding scale. I used that service in Minnesota for awhile.Your employer should have some type of health care. I think even those flipping burgers have health plans.
