Oil 5750 error code on startup?

Hey guys, I had a dealer reset my dash as I did my 1st service and wanted to get rid of the oil change notice the dash gives you....but now on start-up I get a green box that flashes that says Oil 5750 or 5700, does anyone know what that means? It eventually goes away once the bike has been started for a few seconds but this is something I hadn't seen before.
